Q: What happened to my No Nonsense Rewards?
Dear Loyal Timber Wolf User,
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has notified us that it believes the Timber Wolf® "No Nonsense Rewards" program is not permissible under the Tobacco Control Act and associated FDA regulations. While we do not agree with their decision, we've been forced to shut the program down while we work with the FDA to resolve this matter.
Please be assured all codes that were redeemed on or before 12/2/2011 have been honored, and your No Nonsense Rewards check will be mailed the week of 2/13/2012.
In the meantime, we're still working with the FDA to resolve any issues we may have. Timber Wolf values your patronage, and we'll let you know if there's any update.
